Our family has deep roots in Agios Nikitas, and we’ve seen the village grow from a quiet fishing spot into one of Lefkada’s most charming and beloved destinations. We created Central Studios to offer visitors a place where they can truly feel part of the village life, while enjoying modern comfort, convenience, and calm.

We didn’t want to build just another rental unit. We wanted to create a space where travelers could slow down, enjoy the everyday beauty of Lefkada, and live like locals — even if just for a few days.

Our three studios are:
