How far is the beach from the studios?
Just 50 meters — a 1-minute walk from your door to Agios Nikitas beach.
Do I need a car to stay at Central Studios?
Not at all! Everything (beach, tavernas, shops, path to Mylos beach) is within walking distance.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes. There is public parking near the entrance of the village, about 200m from the studios.
Is there Wi-Fi in the studios?
Absolutely. Free Wi-Fi is available in all our units.
Are towels and sheets provided?
Yes. We change towels every second day and sheets twice a week.
Are the studios suitable for families with kids?
Yes! All studios accommodate up to 4 people. We also provide a baby cot upon request.
Do the studios have air conditioning?
Yes. All units are equipped with A/C
Can I cook in the studio?
Yes. Each unit includes a kitchenette with cooking equipment, utensils, a kettle, toaster, and coffee makers.
Is Mylos Beach accessible on foot?
Yes! The path starts 80 meters from the property. It’s a 20–25 min walk over the hill. Or you can take a boat taxi.
